NOT A BLUE OR RED BUT A MAGENTA WAVE IN 2018 take #2

THE BLUE WAVE is coming according to the experts and the Democrats will win, and win a big majority in the November 2018 elections. I do not believe what the experts are saying. I will describe why Democrats will not become a majority and explain why I believe it will not be blue but a magenta wave. My prediction is that Republicans retain a majority in the House and have an increased number in the US Senate.

THE MAGENTA WAVE is what you get when you combine blue (D) and red (R). Some like to say that the blue wave will run into a red wall. I do not believe that the blue wave will run into a red wall. The blue wave will run into a magenta wave.

WHAT WILL DEFEAT THE BLUE WAVE is the Magenta Wave. During the 1992 election a voter stood and yelled at Bush senior, “It’s the economy, stupid!” The Magenta Wave will be a combination of actions by Trump. The tax bill, negotiations with North Korea, moving the embassy to Jerusalem, new trade agreement with Canada & Mexico and reduced regulations and record low unemployment are just a few. The biggest is the Trump promise to put Constitutional Jurists on the Supreme Court. America now has Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanagh. Promise kept!

DEMOCRATS ARE IRRITATING, but remember the majority of geographic America voted for Trump, and Trump is delivering. Comments by Nancy Pelosi “tax cuts are crumbs,” Maxine Waters “Impeach 45” and let us not forget the MSM which goes from Russia collusion, obstruction, Stormy Daniels and TREASON! The circus surrounding the Dr. Ford and Brett Kavanagh senate judiciary hearing did not have to happen but that is what the Democrats wanted to happen. Senator Susan Collins was very articulate and thoughtful in her support of Kavanaugh and condemnation of the Democrats.

ANGER AND EMBARRASSMENT at the treatment of Dr. Ford, Brett Kavanaugh and witnesses named by Ford as well as their families all caused public shame because of the Democrats. Many people who might have remained apathetic and not voted in 2018 will be energized to vote in the Magenta wave.

REMEMBER WHEN OBAMA SAID those manufacturing jobs are not coming back unless Trump waves a magic wand? Steve Jobs echoed the same regarding manufacture of iPhone’s in America, “Those jobs aren’t coming back.” Elizabeth Warren says, “You did not build that!” Obama also implied that his eight years of less than 2% GDP is the new normal. In the most recent quarter, we went over 4% GDP and have record unemployment among all ethnic groups.

REPUBLICANS SAID THEY WILL BUILD A RED WALL BUT REPUBLICANS ARE LEAVING AND TAKING THE RED WALL with them. As of today 44 incumbent Republicans have announced retirement or they will not run again. In my opinion, they do not support the Trump agenda and they are not comfortable with President Trump. The MSM shines a light on their spineless responses. Because the spineless are leaving they will be replaced by a MAGENTA group. Remember all politics are local. Candidates will be vetted locally. After November 6, 2018, the Magenta Wave of Trump agenda supporters will be sworn into Congress.

TRUMP Make America Great Again is bringing back manufacturing, mining and fossil fuel. America is producing so much fossil fuel that America is again an exporter. The success is caused by a combination of tax reform and the elimination of choking federal regulations.

MINORITY SUPPORT OF TRUMP will help to push the Magenta Wave because unemployment for Blacks, Hispanics and women is at an all-time low. Democrats turned their backs on Black voter’s decades ago, and I believe that the Black community is starting to realize that. I predict that the Black community will support the Magenta wave with over 20% of the vote.

SOCIAL REACTION from prominent young Blacks like Candace Owen and Kanye West is having a positive reflective effect on the community. The Sharptons and Jacksons of the world are being rejected because they are being recognized for what and who they really are. These arrogant people assume that minorities and Middle America are ignorant. People will vote with their pocket books and their reality.

MILLENIAL’S NEVER SAW PROSPERITY and now help wanted signs are everywhere. That is something that Millennial’s have never seen. Millennial’s have never experienced Capitalism and true economic growth. Millennial’s have grown up believing that the American Dream was something that their parents and ancestors experienced but they never would. Businesses are investing in their companies by upgrading equipment, and the shortage of workers will result in what Socialist, Democrats, and Progressives have been advocating, increased wages. Annual incomes are on the rise. Millennial’s will move out of their parents’ home and buy their own and vote their pocket book.

VICIOUS LIBERAL DEMOCRATS = CIVIL WAR??

Is it just me or do you believe that the Liberal, Progressive Democrats are becoming more vicious?  Are we actually approaching a civil war?

The liberal progressives have always been around and quietly aggressive.  One example of a quietly aggressive movement is the Madison Wisconsin Freedom From Religion Foundation.  This group works the legal systems.  After their initial lawsuits many dismissed them but as victories mounted their aggressive nature has come forward.  It is now a national movement and an embarrassment to me.

Following the 2000 presidential elections the aggressive liberal progressive anger bubbled over.  That election was between Bush and Gore.  Bush won but was always accused of not being legitimate.  Sounds like what they are saying about Trump.  9/11 happened which brought a brief period of national unity and a temporary reprieve.

2008 saw the election of Obama.  Many statements by President Obama fueled and emboldened this movement.  The Police acted stupidly.  If I had a son he would look like Trevon. It is unconstitutional for me to change our immigration policy I am not a King.  During Obama’s time in office there were many promises but the results was like Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown.  When asked about all the shovel ready jobs he laughed and said, “I guess they were not that shovel ready.”   This is not about Obama but is about the fact that he facilitated the division in America and empowered the aggressive destructive liberal progressives of today.  January 2009 Obama said that he intended to fundamentally change America, and so he has.

Have you noticed that everything with the left and Democrats is based on emotion and much of that based on jealousy?  The solutions is political, Democrats promises of free stuff. You ever wonder why after sports victories frequently burning looting and destruction follow.  Jealousy of anyone who has property so it is ok to burn and destroy.  It is a form of redistribution. You had Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter and let us not forget ANTIFA.  Each of these groups uses violence and intimidation under the guise of the 1^st amendment right to protest.  When will this country begin to address this aggressive destructive behavior?  I understand the right to assemble but as Americans we have the right not to be endangered and to have property destroyed.

Now there are the politicians that call for violent action.  Some accuse Trump of this action.  Trump referenced a specific heckler or bad actor at an event or at most a group of spoiled football players.  One politician advocating violence is Maxine Watters encouraging, attack them eating and everywhere.  You have the paid Soros actors in the hallways of congress attacking Senators during the Kavanagh hearings.  You have seen many elected Republicans being harassed as they eat with family; attending movies or just being on the street.  Remember Steve Scalise being shot practicing for a baseball game in 2017.

When President Obama left office his old organization ACORN transitioned into a resist movement.  Obama and Eric Holder raise money and fund these types of organizations. They even published a pamphlet in February 2017.  August 2017 I posted about it on this BLOG site:  LET US ORGANIZE & RESIST PRESIDENT TRUMP.  Another website for the resist movement is the IGD (Its Going Down) site.

I believe that Judge Kavanagh will be approved to be on the Supreme Court.  These groups are already organizing to protest so sit back and watch the destruction.  You must sit back because it is their right to assemble and protest because that was how this country was founded according to them.  If they destroy your stuff that is just fine because according to them you did not build that anyway so just live with it!  Or vote Republican November 6, 2018. 

The question for each of us is: are these resistance groups wrong or are you wrong?

Are Memes a good way to communicate? Does posting a Meme say anything about you? What is a Meme? When posting a Meme is it ever misunderstood? Do posted Memes promote discussion?

WHAT IS A MEME: A Meme is a noun. It is considered a humorous image, video, piece of text, etc., that is copied (often with slight variations) and spread rapidly by internet & social media users. Do not confuse a Meme with an Emoji which is also a noun and is a small digital image or icon used to express an idea or emotion etc.

WHY USE A MEME: Meme’s are frequently used to express a belief or view on social media. The problem is that what that Meme says to the person posting it many times holds a far different meaning to others on social media. Memes are frequently at the heart of heated debates.

FALSE ASSUMPTION: Social media & Facebook friends assume that they know the person who posted a Meme and strive to keep that person in that box. Frequently they try to push you back in the box by shaming you. But do they truly know what you are thinking? I have had many liberal friends that have blocked me or unfriended me because we disagree. Kind of like Antifa on college campuses, we must keep talking.

A MEME: I posted/shared a Meme on Facebook (NATZI vs DEMOCRATS) and it created lots of discussion. One person accused me of ignorant bias. Another was angry and said that the post was bullshit and that it was not worth his time to comment. (WASN’T THAT WAS HIS COMMENT). Another said that we (CONSERVATIVES) should not post stuff like this because it gave the left ammunition. There were many more comments shaming me, some angry and of course there were plenty of comments in agreement. The Meme was re-posted by some having more discussion after their re-post.

WHAT SUPPORTERS vs DESCENTERS SEE: When others see a posted Meme they immediately have a reaction based on what they perceive the Meme to say. If you are a conservative Republican you saw something much different than if you were a liberal progressive Democrat.

WHAT I SAW IN THE MEME NATZI VS DEMOCRATS: JEWS – I remember Barack Obama and his treatment of Israel plus Obama’s overt interference in the Israeli elections in the summer of 2016. Today I believe that if you replace Jew with Conservative or Republican the progressive liberal Democrats actually do hate us as much as Hitler and his Nazi followers hated the Jew. If you doubt me reference the Occupy Movement, Black Lives Matter, Antifa and elected officials like Maxine Waters etc. Nazi’s hated Jews and that is well documented. SOCIALISM – NATZI is the abbreviation for National Socialist. Bernie Sanders won 43% of the vote against Hillary Clinton in 2016. Declared Socialist, Alexandria Cortez defeated ten term incumbent Joe Crowley in the NY primary. Cortez is not officially anything yet many to include the DNC chair Tom Perez said that Cortez is the future of the party and many other Democrats are now publicly embracing Socialism. Democrats/Socialists are promising lots of free stuff which will be gotten by redistribution of your wealth. NO GUNS – Every opportunity that the Democrats get they restrict guns but their ultimate goal is to remove guns. Every liberal progressive that I know has at one time or another sighted various countries around the world that have confiscated guns as a best practice. Natzi’s used gun registration laws to control enemies. In the 1770’s England wanted to take all guns from the American Colonists. Do you see a parallel? CENSORSHIP MEDIA CONTROL – Since the founding fathers of America, elected leaders have complained about the media being against them. Our constitution has a 1st amendment. SEE JAN 18 POST: Impeach Trump Jan 2018 Today liberal progressive media outlets frequently refuse to cover a story or give it minimal coverage because it does not fit their narrative. Have you noticed that when there is some type of incident by the time the evening news is on the MSM and liberal progressive Socialist/Democrats frequently use the same words or phrases? Do you think that is a coincidence? Could there a coordinated effort? MIND CONTROL – Education became a critical tool for Hitler and the Natzi’s. The NSDAP (National Socialist German Workers’ Party) government used the state education system to disseminate Nazi ideology & enhance loyalty. During the 1930s the Natzi’s established a party-controlled education system. It began by forming its own teachers’ union and removing Jews (TODAYS CONSERVATIVES) from the teaching system.

Based on how Democrats have governed or wish to govern, the bigger the government and the more control, the better. We all know what the Natzi party did with regards to abortion. We know that the Democrats support the murder of 300,000(+) each year by Planned Parenthood with your tax dollars.

NOT A BLUE OR RED BUT A MAGENTA WAVE IN 2018

Will the Democrats win a majority in Congress in 2018?  Will Republicans maintain a majority or increase their majority?  Is the media reporting facts or reporting what they wish to be truth in order to affect the elections?  Why are so many Republicans leaving office?

THE BLUE WAVE: If you listen to the experts, the Democrats will win and win a big majority in the November 2018 elections.  The reasons given are mostly based on wishful thinking and hatred of President Trump.  There are many examples.  One example is Dan Helmer who is running for office in Virginia and has an ad which states that during 911 the most dangerous man to America lived in a cave (showing a photo of Bin Laden), and then says now the most dangerous man to America lives in the White House.  Hate does not increase the hopes of the voters.

WHAT IS THE MAGENTA WAVE:  When you combine blue and red you get magenta.  Some like to say that the blue wave will run into a red wall.  I believe that 44 Republicans are taking the red wall with them.   I do believe that the blue wave will run into a wall, but it will not be a red wall, which is why I refer to the magenta wave.  I believe that the magenta wave will crash into the blue wave and crush it.

WHAT WILL DEFEAT THE BLUE WAVE:  When Clinton ran against Bush the senior during a town hall style Q & A someone in the audience stood and yelled at Bush, “It’s the economy stupid!.” Defeat of the Blue Wave will be a combination of actions by Trump.  The tax bill and reduced regulations are the two biggest.  Taxes will result in most Americans seeing an additional $2,000.00 in their pay check for 2018 due to less federal withholding.  Most Americans will not realize the full amount of the tax benefit until they do their taxes in the spring of 2019.  The other big positive is to business and that is federal deregulation.

DEMOCRATS ARE IRRITATING:  Remember the majority of America (not popular vote – electoral) voted for Trump and Trump is delivering to them. Comments by Nancy Pelosi like – the tax cuts are just crumbs & the tax law is like a cherry on top of doggie dudu or you cannot arrest Illegal aliens unless they do something illegal.  Then there is the IMPEACH 45 crowd led by Maxine Waters.  Let’s not forget the Main Stream Media (MSM) which is fanning the Russia collusion, obstruction and Stormy Daniels stories.  Each time a new story hits the headlines the MSM is breathless in their reporting building up false hope for liberals and claiming that this is the end of Trump.

REMEMBER WHAT OBAMA SAID:  President Obama was asked about manufacturing jobs during the 2016 presidential campaign and criticized then candidate Trump, “When somebody says like the person you just mentioned who I’m not going to advertise for, that he’s going to bring all these jobs back. Well how exactly are you going to do that? What are you going to do? There’s uh-uh no answer to it. He just says. “I’m going to negotiate a better deal.” Well how? How exactly are you going to negotiate that? What magic wand do you have? And usually the answer is, he doesn’t have an answer.”

During a fund raising swing through California President Obama asked Steve Jobs, “What would it take to make iPhones in the United States?”  According to another dinner guest Steve Jobs said, “Those jobs aren’t coming back.”

Americans by nature are optimistic and have an in-bred can do attitude and this type of rhetoric is defeatism.  But this is the discussion that Democrats put forward.  Elizabeth Warren says,”You did not build that!”  Democrats like to push you cannot succeed without government, BIG GOVERNMENT!  The Magenta people do not buy into this and it irritates them.

REPUBLICANS LEAVING WITH THE RED WALL:  As of today 44 incumbent Republicans have announced retirement or they will not run again.  All have great reasons.  In my opinion at the CORE of the majority of the decisions is that they are not comfortable with President Trump.  When Trump tweets – the MSM asks Republicans what they think – they feel obligated to respond rather than just saying – look at what we accomplished.  The other reason they are leaving was highlighted with the failed repeal of Obama Care vote, when the Republicans majority was not able to repeal even though they had voted to repeal numerous times before.  Now they have a President that will do what he promised and these Republicans are revealing what they truly believe.

Remember all politics are local, if each candidate is vetted properly what will emerge after November 6, 2018 is the Magenta Wave of Trump supporters in congress.

It is a combination of tax reform creating enough cash flow for business owners to add employees and purchase modern equipment.  The other big part of the manufacturing growth is the removal of the many choking Federal Regulations.

MINORITY SUPPORT OF TRUMP:  Unemployment for Blacks, Hispanics and women is at an all-time low.  I have a bet with a fried that during the 2020 elections Trump will get more than 20% of the Black vote even if Eric Holder runs.  At the end of May 2018 unemployment for Women was 3.4%, Hispanics 4.7% & Blacks is 5.9% which are all time lows. I believe that more minorities will start businesses during this boom.

ALL POLITICS ARE LOCAL:  How will you help build the Magenta wave?  Get involved and vet your local candidate.  Meet and ask questions of your local state representative, local congressman and your local US Senate candidate.  Do they truly support things that you want?  Do they support what Trump is trying to do?

MILLENIALS NEVER SAW PROSPERITY:  Help wanted signs are everywhere.  That is something that Millennials have never seen.  Millennials have never experienced Capitalism and true economic growth.  Millennials have grown up believing that the American Dream was something that their parents, Grandparents & Great Grandparents experienced but would never be available to them.  Businesses are investing in their companies by upgrading equipment and adding workers.  There is a shortage of workers which will result in what Socialist, Democrats and Progressives have been advocating, increased wages.  I also believe that many Millennials will also start their own businesses.

WHO & WHAT CREATES MAGENTA:  Because of the increased participation in the work force by Blacks, Hispanics, Women and, Millennials this group will look at their reality, not the MSM directed reality.  This group is intelligent and will realize that the Big Government crowd has lied to them and that capitalism does work.  Many in this group will start their own business.  Added to this are some Democrats that do not buy the malarkey and also Independent voters that face reality rather than what they are told to believe.  It’s the economy stupid.

SOCIAL REACTON: There are social media leaders in the minority community that are speaking in favor of Trump.  There are always the Sharpton & Jacksons of the world that got rich keeping minority people dependent or to put it another way promoting 21^st century slavery and getting rich off of the backs of the people they claim to represent. The people that have been keeping minorities dependent also assume that minorities are ignorant and cannot decide for themselves.  People will vote their pocket books.

SYRIA TO BOMB OR NOT TO BOMB

Syria gassed its people again, so do we bomb? Russia told President Obama they would remove all gas, so are they complicit? Obama did nothing except to set a red line, is Obama at fault? What’s at stake if the United States does nothing? Trump tweeted to Putin the missiles are coming, was that a violation of Trumps do not give a warning or?

PRESIDENT OBAMA OWNS SYRIA: President Obama threatened Bashar al-Assad with a RED LINE in 2012 if he used chemical weapons. In the summer of 2012, Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reported that Assad used chemicals on his people. Obama and the world demanded to be allowed to investigate but were delayed by Assad. Then on August 21, 2013 there was no denying that Assad had used Sarin gas killing 1,400 civilians. Obama’s RED LINE was now crossed and the world watched as the community organizer, organized?

THE SAVIOR: President Obama’s weakness and hesitancy resulted in a leadership vacuum and this vacuum was eagerly filled by Vladimir Putin and Russia. Putin’s action (gave an excuse) caused Obama to do nothing and he could declare victory to the world. More important to Obama is the fact that he broke the Washington play book by doing nothing, victory was his, or so he thought. Obama wanted to look the other way because he did not want anything to jeopardize his deal with Iran.

OH NO – GAS AGAIN: Assad found a loop hole and used Chlorine gas in 2014. Assad started by placing small amounts of Chlorine into barrel bombs and this was not discovered. Assad used Sarin in April 2017 and this resulted in Cruz Missiles being launched by President Trump.

WATCHING THE UNITED STATES: There are many countries watching the United States and specifically President Trump. TURKEY: President Erdogan is watching because he wants to be on the side of the winner. He has sided with Russia and Putin because they seemed to be the new power in the area. If Trump appears weak Erdogan knows that he can destroy the Kurds. IRAN: The Iran nuke deal happened July 2015. Many in America did not like the deal which resulted in Iranian money that had been frozen around the world was now released plus, Iran could now sell its oil on the open market. This, plus money given to Iran resulted in hundreds of billions of dollars given to Iran. The current leadership in America wants that deal annulled or re-negotiated. Ali Khamenei the leader of Iran is watching. CHINA: China’s Xi Jinping is watching and is involved in heated negotiations with the United States regarding trade. China is also the prime mover behind the potential meeting between N. Korea and Trump. Weakness will affect the negotiations on both fronts. NORTH KOREA: Kim Jong-un wants to keep his nukes, missiles and be able to sell that technology around the world. Specifically Un wants to sell that technology to Iran. Un is watching. FRANCE AND ENGLAND: Emmanuel Macron and Theresa May are watching. Both would like to get out from under the clutches of Russia, but lack the power and financial capability to accomplish that alone. Russia has an ever tightening noose of dependence on Russian oil around all of Europe. The United States can offer them oil and gas cheaper than Russia which will help. What they are both looking for is for the United States to lead and demonstrate that the United States is still the only Super power and the bullies of the world must toe the line. Macron and May are watching. RUSSIA: Putin has taken much of the Crimea, bullied the Bulkins, threatened Eastern Europe and because of Obama pushed his way back into the Middle East. Putin has a permanent naval and an air base in Syria. Putin lied when he said he would destroy the Syrian gas and looked the other way when Syria used gas. Putin is guilty and complicit. Putin is watching.

PUTIN LIKES POISON: Russia has used poison for decades. A few weeks ago in England Sergei Skripal and his daughter were poisoned. Some other names of Russian victims are Boris Berezovsky 2013, Scot young 2014 and his business partners Paul Castle, Robbie Curtis and Johnny Elichaoff all died of mysterious suicides. Alexander Litvinenko 2006 died from tea laced with some kind of radioactive substance. Alexander Perepilichny in 2009 from an apparent heart attack but this was later determined to be caused by gelsemium which is a rare plant grown in the Himalayas normally used by the Chinese to poison. Russia is suspected of killing at least 14 people on British soil in the past two decades. It is obvious that Russia will not be opposed to Assad using gas.

WHAT DO I THINK: Diplomacy Information Military and Economics (DIME) are the pillars guiding the process. Our diplomats are working in the public eye and in the back rooms. Information is being put out, some relevant and some to throw off the enemy. Military will be used, some obvious and some not so obvious. Economics will be used to bolster our allies to join us in putting forward the face of the world in opposition to this behavior.

TRUMP TWEETS: When Trump ran for President he stated we should not give a warning or tip our hand. Now Trump tweeted Putin, “Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!”. Like always everyone became critical but I think this was planned and an “M” in DIME. Trump warned Putin so he could get his ships out of the harbor and move other Russian equipment and troops to safe locations.

AMERICA NOT ALONE: I feel there will be a military action and this time instead of just the United States I believe that other countries will join into a coalition, negotiated by the United States. I believe countries like France, England, Israel, Saudi Arabia and the Arab Emirates and perhaps Iraq to name a few will join the alliance to put a world face of condemnation of Russian support and action condoning the actions of Assad. The United States will be able to offer oil and gas to European countries to offset the loss of Russian oil or and increased price of Russian oil.

WHAT WILL BE DESTROYED: The last time we dropped a few missiles on an air base. This time I believe that command and control systems, early warning systems, aircraft and aircraft maintenance facilities may be destroyed. I will not be surprised if one of the Assad homes is hit just like Mum-mar Qaddafi’s home was hit in 1986.

ENEMY GETS A VOTE: Everyone watching the United States will also be watching Russia. Putin has puffed his chest and the world has backed down. I suspect that Putin is expecting that will be the case again this time. A few weeks ago he blustered about a new ICBM that was indestructible & America would not be able to shoot it down. But the video was old and a patch work from the last 10 years. I believe that Russia is a paper Tiger and when the world puts up a strong face to Putin he will have to back down. The Russian economy is weak and fragile and cannot support a real effort to oppose. Putin backing down will leave Assad alone. Iran will have to pull back. China will force N. Korea to the negotiating table.

MILITARY BUILDING THE BORDER WALL
Is it legal for the military to be on the border? What can the military do legally on the border? Has the military ever been on the border before? Is our National Security at risk? Can we use Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard Military?

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL ISSUES: In the early years of the United States there were incidents involving use of the military by the US Government. In 1807 we had The Insurrection Act designed to quell rebellions. Following Civil War abuses by occupying Federal Troops and Carpet Baggers in the South, resulted in the law known as The Posse Comitatus Act. These two laws were to act in concert. The purpose and intent is to limit the use of Federal Military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States. To be clear these laws are aimed specifically at the active military except for the Coast Guard, which operates under the Homeland Security.
NATIONAL GUARD: These laws do not apply to the National Guard and the Air National Guard under state authority and does not apply to a National Guard unit when and if invited by an adjacent state. Adjacent is a matter of interpretation as units from Wisconsin have been in Florida, Texas, and Mississippi in recent years.

MILITARY LIMITED USE BUT IT HAS BEEN DONE: 1957 Eisenhower sent federal troops to Little Rock, Arkansas to support desegregation. Sep 1962 & June 1963, Kennedy mobilized National Guard Troops to integrate schools. Johnson mobilized the National Guard to assist with civil rights riots in Selma & Montgomery in 1965 and again in 1967 for the Detroit riots. Following the murder of Dr. Martin Luther King in 1968 Chicago, Washington D. C. and Baltimore saw mobilized NG Troops. Nixon mobilized troops to help with the New York Postal strike. Bush the elder, mobilized the NG to help stop looting following Hurricane Hugo in 1989 and again to help with riots in 1992 following the Rodney King verdict.

MILITARY ON THE BORDER: Bush the younger, mobilized the NG under OPERATION: Jump Start to help patrol the Southern border from May 2006 until July 2008. January 2010, Obama mobilized the NG under OPERATION: Phalanx which was the successor to Jump Start, Phalanx ended November 2016.

CAN TRUMP DO THIS: Yes this can be done, but it depends on what the mission is? We already have the United States Border Patrol (USBP) performing domestic border security. Their mission is to detect and prevent illegal aliens, terrorists and terrorists weapons from entering the United States, and prevent illegal trafficking of people and contraband into the United States. It is obvious the USBP failed their mission in several of these specified responsibilities, resulting in the current National Security crisis.

NATIONAL SECURITY: Do we have illegal aliens in this country? Do we have illegal contraband and drugs coming across the border? Do we have human trafficking? Can we answer yes to these questions? In my opinion yes! This is why the President must make the argument that this failure is a National Security issue.

WHAT TO DO: Use our military to build the wall and move horizontal and vertical engineer construction units onto our Southern Border to begin 24/7 construction. There are enough engineer units to do simultaneous construction from several locations moving in opposite directions. Stage the equipment to the designated construction locations along with the required support facilities for the troops and equipment. Troops for security will also be required to keep out protesters and saboteurs. When one unit gets done with their 12 hour shift the next unit takes over so the work continues day and night 24 hours 7 days per week.

NATIONAL GUARD + RESERVES + ACTIVE: Because this is a National Security issue and not just a domestic or local law enforcement issue, all forces can be used. National Guard and Reserve units (Army, Marine, Navy and Air Force) as well as Active Duty can be used to build the border wall. Engineer National Guard and Reservists would come down to work during their normal two weeks of annual training. Support and security for this operation would be performed by NG and Reservists during their two weeks of annual training augmenting active duty troops.

MILITARY UNITS: The National Guard has 151 company size engineer units and that does not include Battalion and Brigade Headquarter Engineer units. There are several hundred engineer companies in the Reserves (Army, Marine & Navy). Add to that active duty Army, Marine, Air force and Navy engineer units. We have a national emergency, and our military has always helped America in an emergency. This emergency requires immigration reform and one pillar in immigration reform is the wall.

FOUNDING FATHERS: The Founding Fathers required that four elements be satisfied for an immigrant to become an American citizen. These requirements were incorporated into the Naturalization Act of 1795. And remain a part of immigration law:
1 – Five years of (lawful) residence with in the United States;
2 – a good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well-disposed to the good order of happiness of the United States;
3 – the taking of a formal oath to support the Constitution and to renounce any foreign allegiance and
4 – the renunciation of any hereditary titles.

DEMOCRATS MUST KEEP THE HISPANICS DEPENDENT

Do border walls work? Why didn’t President Obama push amnesty to DREAMERS? Should a Veteran immigrant be deported? Did President Obama’s inability to govern and his desire to be dictator and chief create the DACA problem we have today? If Trump fixes the immigration policy in the United States and creates a path to citizenship for DREAMERS is that good for America? What did our founding Fathers say about immigrants? Why do your liberal progressive friends post things on social media which have pre-ordained conundrums? Do illegal immigrants really kill many Americans? Are they immigrants or migrant workers? If illegal immigration is declining should we ignore US immigration policy and leave it as it is?

IMMIGRANTS KILL MORE AMERICANS THAN TERRORISTS KILLED ON 911: Terrorists killed 2,996 people on 9/11. According to the GAO & FBI criminal illegal aliens commit murder at a higher rate than American citizens. The statistics are from 2005 – 2008 115,717 murders in the U.S. with criminal aliens committing 25,064 or 21% of all murders while being about 5.7% of the US population. Don Rosenberg’s son Drew was killed by an illegal alien. Don has been a lifelong California Democrat but now is fighting sanctuary cities and favors what Trump is proposing regarding immigration reform and the wall. Rosenberg started to track how many Americans are killed each year by illegal immigrants. He started a website Unlicensed to kill in order to track the numbers. According to that site more Americans are killed each year by illegal immigrant drivers than American citizens. Drew was killed November 16, 2010 and he was one of more than 3,000 Americans killed by illegal immigrant drivers in America that year. According to the site, 20 Americans are killed each day snuffing out their dreams and the dreams of their families.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS DECREASING: Liberal progressives do not like using the word illegal and will use words like unauthorized, which is a politically correct way of saying illegal. Statistics state illegal immigration is decreasing and in 2015 was the lowest since 2009, but according to PEW Research there are still over 11 million illegal immigrants in the US. Decreasing immigration or not there is still 11 million illegals. Reagan gave amnesty with a promise for wall funding which never came. Liberals sob over these illegals but want Trump and the rest of us to ignore the problem. The Wall, ending chain migration and ending the visa lottery will solve the illegal problem for future generations. Democrats do not want the problem fixed because they must have a dependent class.

PRESIDENT BUSH: Bush the second wanted to fix the United States broken immigration system and address the DREAMER or DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) issue. After months of negotiations, Harry Reid and the Democratic controlled Senate, was not able to pass the legislation sought by President Bush. If the law had passed Bush would have signed it, and the law would have resulted in 12 million illegal immigrants being granted temporary worker permits, created a merit-based system for future immigrants, and beefed up border security. The vote did not even get a simple majority with 33 Democrats, 12 Republicans and one Independent voting in favor but 15 Democrats and 37 Republicans and the other independent voted to block the legislation, 53 to 46.

MIGRANTS OR IMMIGRANTS: Mexican President Calderon was sad that this bill did not pass and he stated, “The U.S. economy cannot keep going without migrant labor,”! PRESIDENT OBAMA: Democrats, liberals and progressives need to always have a class of people that are dependent on their good will. Why do I make that statement? In 2009 when Obama became President he had 58 D & 2 Independents in the US Senate led by Harry Reid, and in the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi was the leader with 255 members. The legislation was brought up in 2009 and voted on late in 2010 but was defeated by 5 votes. If the Democrats truly wanted to solve this and make all of the DACA children legal residents, they would have and could have during Obama’s first two years. Remember the Democrats instituted the nuclear option November 2013, and if they truly wanted amnesty for the Dreamers how come they did not implement the nuclear option to pass this legislation in 2010. Democrats need a dependent class and they arrogantly believe that the Blacks will always vote for them so now they need to create a new class of dependent people, the Hispanic Migrant workers.

PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS WEAK: Did Obama know how to negotiate? He learned his skills as a community organizer. Obama knew intimidation tactics to get compliance or to extort money with a promise to remove the protesters that he sent in the first place. These learned tactics are not as successful with the US Congress and American people. (OPINION – PHILOSOPHICALLY DEMOCRATS, LIBERALS & PROGRESSIVES ARE CLOSELY ALIGNED WITH SOCIALISTS AND FASCISTS LEADERS AND THE ECONOMIC LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES THEY ESPOUSE). Why do I make that observation? Obama proclaimed his intentions to use executive action by saying, “I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone”. On 25 separate occasions Obama stated that he could not do anything legally without congress. Obama signed the DREAM ACT on June 2012. He did this because he assumed that any President to follow him would be as ineffective as he had been or support what he had done. Obama also assumed that no leader would have the intestinal fortitude and backbone to address DACA, Obama never thought of Trump.

TRUMPS 2018 STATE OF THE UNION: During the state of the union Trump outlined 4 pillars for immigration reform. 1 – A path to citizenship for 1.8 million DREAMERS. 2– End to chain migration. 3 – End of the Visa lottery system replacing both of those with a merit based system. 4 – 25 billion in a trust fund to build the wall. Unlike Reagan who granted amnesty in 1986 with a promise to fund and build the border wall, Trump is demanding a Trust fund so that the money cannot be stolen and spent someplace else later.

DEMOCRATS SAY NO TO DREAMERS: Senator Schumer and Democrats have always referenced 800,000 DACA or DREAMERS whose situation Democrats say must be fixed with amnesty. But now they say no to President Trump’s offer to grant a path to citizenship. Could it be that the offer to allow a path to citizenship for 1.8 million is too many people? Or could it be that the Democrats really do not want to solve the issues for DACA or DREAMERS? I think Democrats do not want this solved because it takes away the dependent Hispanics class Democrats need.

TOTAL IMMIGRATION REFORM: Immigration has been an issue for decades. Under chain migration, about 70% of legal immigrants admitted to the United States each year do so based on family ties rather than merit. The Visa Lottery immigration system is no better. The lottery selects up to 50,000 foreigners to apply for permanent residence (GREEN CARDS). Many have no ties to the U.S. and no special skills plus a poor education. Not all of these immigrants are terrorists but without a better vetting process who knows and not knowing is a concern. Trump wants the immigration system to be more of a merit based system similar to what most other developed countries have as an immigration system and similar to what America had at Ellis Island..

SCREENING IMMIGRANTS IS NOT NEW: Nearly 40% of all current U.S. Citizens can trace at least one of their ancestors to Ellis Island. Ellis Island opened in 1892 to function as an immigration station and closed in 1954. Trump talks of a merit based system and that is nothing new. Immigrants coming to Ellis Island were screened and separated if they were deemed mentally ill, having a contagious disease, anarchists, those with a physical disability, children without parents, also a literacy test was given requiring 30 to 40 words a minute in your native language to anyone over the age of 16. Quotas were established specifying how many immigrants can enter the US each year. President Johnson lifted the quotas and ushered in the broken modern age of immigration.

EVERYONE LOVES THE WALL: On social media there is a post = Decades ago we cheered when our president convinced Gorbachev to “Tear down this wall”, now we want to build one of our own. This is a cute and innocent statement but not a good comparison of two very different walls. The Berlin Wall was meant to keep people from escaping from communism to the free or capitalist side; many tried and were killed in the attempt. The wall Trump proposes will simply be creating designated locations to enter the U.S. safely and legally. The wall on America’s southern border is meant to reduce drug trafficking, human smuggling and illegal immigration.
SOUTHERN WALL WILL REPEL MILITARY INVASION: I saw another post on social media where a person stated that the Great Wall of China and the French Maginot Line failed therefore Trumps Wall will fail. These are just pitiful, weak and snarky arguments by liberal progressives on social media. I refer to these liberal progressive posts on social media as pre-ordained conundrums. Immigrants to America are not invaders.

WORLD OF WALLS: There are over 65 border walls today and there were 16 when the Berlin Wall came down. Globalists around the world as well as our media, Democrats, Liberals and Progressives want no borders which is why they hate Trump. Ironically much of the new wall building around the world has been fueled by the refugees from the Middle East as a result of the war with ISIS.

Greece’s border fence was one of the first, and Greece’s Dimitris Avramopoulos, a career Greek Diplomat still defends it. He says Greece built it to divert people towards official crossings where they could apply for asylum. Greece’s fence had a knock-out effect that continues to ripple through Europe as more countries wall themselves off. Saudi Arabia is building a 600 mile wall from Jordan to Kuwait to keep out unwanted. A wall is not perfect and no one believes it is 100% secure, but the better the wall the closer to 100% you get. The West Bank wall in Israel is pretty effective because as the wall is being constructed the suicide bombers coming from Palestine to kill Israelis have dwindled from the 1,000’s to zero in most portions of the wall. Of course besides the cement wall there will be detection equipment for tunnels and surface surveillance equipment etc. To continue to be a sovereign nation that country has the right to control who enters their country.

AMERICA HATES IMMIGRANTS: Everyone knows that America is a nation of immigrants and immigrants have contributed greatly to our country. Certainly the screening at Ellis Island contributed to the high level contributions to our country by immigrants to some degree, because the US was selective in whom they allowed in. Most 21st century countries are selective in who they allow in as a worker and who they allow to immigrate and who they allow to apply for citizenship. America loves immigrants to include the Native Americans that came here in 3 waves of migration some as long as 15,000 years ago. DNA studies of 52 Native American Tribes and 17 Siberian tribes comprise most people from Canada to the Northern portion of Chili. So it is safe to say that most people living in the United States immigrated or migrated to get here.

LIBERAL PROGRESSIVES USE CUTE EXAMPLES: Liberal progressives on social media love to use pre-ordained conundrums which they hope will stump their conservative friends. For example: the Great Wall of China and the Maginot Line failed, therefore the wall between America and Mexico will not work. Another example is Reagan told Gorbachev to tear down a wall, and we cheered and now we are to build another. Perhaps not the best examples but you get the gist.

LIBERALS LOVE IMMIGRANT SOB STORIES: So let’s look at the latest liberal SOB story on social media the tear jerker deportation of an army veteran DREAMER. One way for DREAMERS to become a U.S. citizen is to serve in the military but as an applicant you must demonstrate good moral character. The liberal progressives will be posting various photos of Veterans who served and may now be deported. A liberal progressive friend of mine tossed Miguel Perez Jr. at me wondering how I felt about a fellow veteran being deported. Perez was born in Mexico and came to America with his family when he was 8 years old. He became a permanent resident in 1989 and could have applied for citizenship in 1994. His parents and siblings are Naturalized citizens. Immigration Services has policies to expedite veteran’s naturalization but a primary requirement is the applicant must demonstrate (GOOD MORAL CHARACTER). Besides expeditiously processing a veteran, if ICE wants to remove any veterans there are extra steps to include review and authorization by senior ICE leadership. Perez left military service in 2004 with a general discharge due to drug charges. Perez was convicted in 1998 for a small drug charge so the 2004 discharge was not his first which means that the military gave him a second chance when he enlisted. Perez was allowed to remain in the United States and did not get his green card taken away until he was convicted of delivering more than 2 pounds of cocaine to an undercover officer. Perez said he was surprised to be sent to an ICE detention facility because he thought he was a citizen. I am a veteran and I say that statement is BS because when he enlisted he had to prove his citizenship, so if he did not know before he enlisted he certainly knew and was made aware during the enlistment process.

WHAT DID PRESIDENT OBAMA SAY ABOUT IMMIGRANTS: America’s most recent liberal progressive President Obama said, “Restricting immigration in order to protect national security is – offensive and contrary to American values.” Holy cow read that Obama statement a few times & let it sink in. I love it when Liberals tell us how to think & what our values are as a nation. This is another excellent example of a pre-ordained conundrum or liberal speak designed to lead you into a corner so that you must agree, or be labeled as hateful, bigoted, prejudice etc.

WHAT DID OUR FOUNDING FATHERS SAY ABOUT IMMIGRANTS: Our founding Fathers were clear in their view of immigrants, it was not to get new voters or a ruling underclass majority but the purpose of immigration was to preserve, protect and enhance the republic the Founding Fathers put their lives on the line to establish.  COMPARE THIS TO OBAMA’S STATEMENT) The concept of the “nation of immigrants” is not for diversity, not because big business wants cheap labor and not simply to swell the population, but to increase the wealth and strength of the community. Madison argued plainly that America should only welcome the immigrant who could assimilate, but exclude the immigrant who could not readily, incorporate himself into our society. Washington emphasized that immigrants should be absorbed into American life, by an inter-mixture of our people, they, or their descendants, get assimilated to our customs, measures, laws; in a word soon become one people. Hamilton maintained that the safety and survival of the American Republic depends upon, the preservation of a national spirit, common national sentiment, uniformity of principles, habits, national character are dependent on the integration of immigrants. Note that a key point made by our founding fathers is integration and assimilation not separation. Separation or class warfare is critical to the liberal, progressive Democrat agenda in order to maintain a dependent class.

I WILL CLOSE WITH HAMILTON: Hamilton stated, “To admit foreigners indiscriminately to the rights of citizens the moment they put foot in our country would be nothing less than to admit the Grecian horse into the citadel of our liberty and sovereignty”. Read this Hamilton statement a few times to let that sink in.

IMPEACH PRESIDENT TRUMP IN 2018

Will Trump be impeached? Articles of impeachment have been introduced in Congress. What has he done that is impeachable? What caused Liberals to scream at the sky in November 2017? Do liberals screaming at the sky in November make sense or help? Is the Justice Department tainted? Did President Obama’s security officials state that Trump colluded with the Russians? Can the special counsel be trusted?

TO INVESTIGATE OR NOT TO INVESTIGATE: Let me state clearly that if there has been any tampering with US elections which is one of the pillars of our democracy I want that investigated. However, will this current investigation be a blind to justice investigation or does someone have a thumb on the scales of justice?

SPECIAL COUNSEL: The special counsel is headed up by Robert Mueller. NOTE: The IG (Inspector General) in the Department of Justice is investigating improper behavior. This ongoing investigation is under reported by the Main Stream Media. FBI agent Peter Strzok & his FBI girlfriend exchanged very hateful e-mails about Trump, Ted Cruz and expressed much love for Hillary. When the IG pointed this out to Mueller this past summer Mueller removed Strzok but by that time Strzok had interviewed Hillary and her staff. Strzok helped James Comey write his July statement in which Comey cleared Hillary of any wrong doing regarding her private e-mail server. Jeannie Rhee has worked for and defended the Clinton Foundation, given money to Hillary’s campaign and is on Muellers investigation team. Andrew Weissman is on the investigating team despite praising the former acting Attorney General Sally Yates for refusing to defend Presidents travel ban. The current deputy FBI Director Andre McCabe’s wife Jill was given $700,000.00 by a close friend of Hillary Clinton. FBI agent Bruce Ohr was on the team but has now been demoted because it was discovered that he met secretly with Fusion GPS which is the agency that created the fake document used as a basis for the investigation, paid for by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton. Oh did you also know that Nellie Ohr the wife of Bruce worked for Fusion GPS. I bring these names up because I believe there is a clear conflict of interest and each of these people if they were honest would have recused themselves from the investigation

OBAMA NATIONAL SECURITY PEOPLE: James Clapper was the former Director of National Intelligence and John Brennan was the Director of the CIA both under the Obama administration. On numerous interviews they have both postulated that it appears Trump colluded with the Russians but when asked directly if they ever saw evidence of collusion both admit that they never saw any.

CONGRESSWOMEN MAXINE WATTERS: WaTters is one of the loudest voices talking impeachment. She is notorious for holding rallies and getting the crowd to chant IMPEACH 45 – IMPEACH 45. Just like Clapper and Brennan when asked on the MSNBC Morning Joe show if she has seen evidence of collusion she admits that she has not seen any. Watters will go on to say with confidence that Trump is guilty of collusion, obstruction etc. These unsubstantiated statements go unchallenged by Morning Joe which is another example of the failure of the MSM.

THE FALSE HOPE NARRATIVE: Does it bother you that the news media no longer reports but gives you information so that you reach the conclusion that they want you to reach? Do you think that if there had been accurate reporting leading up to the November 2016 election that people would find it easier to accept the truth? Would honest reporting in 2016 help heal the divide in this country? Is there a danger to our institutions when the media fails in its obligation to be a watch dog and report facts instead of opinions?

MSNBC: I have been watching several MSNBC shows the last few weeks and it is amazing the many angles they produce and discuss for long periods of time. Trump Collusion is put forth and several expert panel members discuss how Trump has colluded with the Russians. Trump Obstruction and again several panel members put forth theories as if they are fact on how Trump obstructed. The Russian bank angle through the Jerod Kushner real-estate family holdings and again a group of panelists put forth expert testimony. President Trump’s son, meeting with the Russian lawyer in the summer of 2016 offering dirt on Hillary, and you get another panel of experts. Then you add a sprinkle of elected Democrats stating the same thing. But it is all opinion and not based on substantiated facts.

EXCITEMENT FALSE HOPE: All of this creates lots of excitement for the Trump haters not to mention false hope. Remember back in November 2016. All the poles assured everyone that Hillary was going to win and win by a landslide. Then what happened? Hillary lost and it has been denial and excuse making ever since.

FIRST AMENDMENT: Part of the 1st amendment is freedom of the press. This is a protected right but I feel that this protected right also comes with an obligation to just report the facts and not to lead the public to the conclusion the Media wants. This also creates distrust of the media because the public is not ignorant and erodes public confidence in American institutions.

REPORTING OR OPINIONS: If more news agencies had reported correctly what was happening in the fall of 2016 it would have been easier to accept the fact that Donald Trump is the President of the United States. If the press had been more accurate in its reporting perhaps Hillary Clinton would have worked harder and she would be the 45th President but she also listened to the headlines.

EROSION: The failure of the press to report facts and allow people to make their own mind up sets to many Americans up for disbelief in the outcome. That disbelief leads to an erosion of the pillars of our American Democracy. As soon as Trump won I knew that the next target would be the Electoral College, and it was.

MORE EROSION: People like to say that Trump erodes confidence in the FBI and Department of Justice with his comments. I would argue that they are shooting themselves in the foot. Look at the people on Mueller’s team that have questionable allegiance to Hillary. Some on Mueller’s team have such a strong allegiance to Hillary that a backup plan was discussed by three top FBI officials in case Trump won. A back up plan to what, overthrow the will of the voters?

 LET DOWN: If you watch MSNBC and 90 % of the news coverage you would think that at any moment President Trump will be handcuffed and perp walked. What if Mueller comes out at some point late in 2018 or early 2019 and announces he is closing his investigation and Trump is not charged with collusion, obstruction, bank fraud etc. etc.

NEWS MEDIA FAILURE: The news media should spend more time reporting the news instead of opinionating on what they wish to be true. Watching Rachel Maddow MSNBC spend an hour with a Trump tax return that revealed nothing is just one example. If nothing is found against Trump the news media will again have added to the erosion of another American pillar of democracy and that would be the FBI.

FBI – DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE & THE IG: If Muller announces nothing against Trump the news media will state THAT TRUMP PRESSURED THEM and the emotional deniers will have more fuel for their ignorance. What if the trail leads to Hillary and the Democrats, which is not covered by the main stream Medias and illegal actions are found out and charges are preferred against HRC and the DNC. Again the emotional deniers and their accomplices in the MSM will throw another tantrum, burn businesses, burn cars, and buses and blame Trump.

INSPECTOR GENERAL: What about the Inspector General. The IG was appointed by Obama and is independent and has been investigating the Department of justice and the FBI. I expect their finding to come out some time in 2018. What if heads roll from the top of these departments? Because the MSM is not doing its job and at least covering this there will be NO FAITH in the decision. The leftist progressives will just throw a tantrum and say Trump pressured them. The MSM will cause more erosion due to the failure of the press and collusion with the Democrats and Progressives.

CHURCHILL: Socialism would gather all power to the supreme party and party leaders, rising like stately pinnacles above their vast bureaucracies of civil servants no longer servants, no longer civil. Is it time for the United States to take a serious look at its civil servants? Demand more from your news media.

IS IT TIME TO DECLARE WAR

What is the authorization of force? Is there a current authorization of force and should it be changed? Is it time to begin conducting court at GITMO? How many non-Muslims have been killed? How many Muslims have been killed? Who should we declare war on or who should we authorize military force against? Has anyone declared war on us?

WHO CAN DECLARE WAR: Article I of the Constitution invests Congress with the authority to declare war and to raise and maintain military forces. In this system, Congress decides whether to fight, and the President as Commander in Chief manages the fight authorized by Congress. The last time the United States declared War was WWII.

Congress holds the power to declare war. The President cannot declare war without Congressional approval. As the Commander in Chief of the armed forces, Presidents have sent troops to battle without an official declaration (which happened in Vietnam and Korea).

WAR POWERS ACT: The War Powers Resolution (also known as the War Powers Resolution of 1973 or the War Powers Act) (50 U.S.C. 1541–1548) is a federal law intended to check the President’s power to commit the United States to an armed conflict without the consent of the U.S. Congress.

Congress passed the War Powers Resolution in the aftermath of the Vietnam War to address these concerns and provide a set of procedures for both the President and Congress to follow in situations where the introduction of U.S. forces abroad could lead to their involvement in armed conflict.

HOW DOES AMERICA FIGHT WITH OUT DECLARING WAR: Since the War Powers Act Congress has Authorized Use of Military Force (AUMF) several times. The most recent was signed into law by President George Bush September 2001.

The authorization granted the President the authority to use all “necessary and appropriate force” against those whom he determined “planned, authorized, committed or aided” the September 11th attacks, or who harbored said persons or groups. The AUMF was signed by President George W. Bush on September 18, 2001.

IS THE SEP 2001 AUMF STILL VALID: Many argued during President Obama’s term that he was not authorized under the September 2001 AUMF and certainly claim President Trump is not authorized. I think this AUMF needs to be rescinded immediately followed by an updated version relevant to the situation we face today.

WHO OR WHAT WOULD THE TARGET OF A NEW AUMF BE: Radical Islam would be the target. Those who argue against the current AUMF claim that it was only for Afghanistan. The mind set of too many world leaders is they think in terms of land & countries.

RADICAL MUSLIM’S ARE JELLO: I was interviewed by a Chicago radio station in 2006 and asked if we were winning in Iraq or what would happen if we won. I said that defeating radical Muslim Jihad in one geographic location was like placing a square of Jell-O on a bench and hitting it with a maul. The Jell-O is no longer on the bench but now it is everywhere. There is still the same amount of Jell-O. Radical Muslim Jihad is exactly the same as that square of Jell-O, it is now spread. Some have said fighting this hateful concept is like the game Whack-A-Mole.

WHO & WHERE ARE THEY: A few of the groups in Africa are Al-Shabab, Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), El-Mourabitoun, Movement for the Liberation of Azawad (MNLA), The Sons of the Islamic Sahara Movement for Justice, BOKO HARAM, Ansar al-Muslimin in the Lands of the Blacks (JAMBS), Ansar al-Sharia in Libya & Tunisia. Let’s not forget Southeast Asia and the Brotherhood of Terrorism Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) have trained with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in camps in the southern Philippines. Other groups in Asia do not appear on the US State Department list of Islamic terrorists such as PULO, Gerakan Mujahideen Islam Pattani (GMIP), Kampulan Militan Malaysia (KMM), Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia (MMI), Laskar Jihad, Indonesian Islamic Liberation Front (IILF) and the MILF to name a few.
Let’s not forget Al Qaeda, Hezbollah and of course ISIS. NOTE: Because America abandoned Iraq in 2011 Iran filled that void. Expect that Iran will now have a direct road route to resupply Hezbollah as things settle down in Iraq & Syria.

REMEMBER: These groups have declared war on anyone who does not believe as they believe. You might not be at war with them but they most certainly are at war with you & your way of life. These groups are also at war with the majority of Muslims and their desire to live peacefully.

WHY TARGET RADICAL ISLAM: Radical Islam is more dangerous to other Muslims than to anyone else. That is a true statement because frequently the radical Muslim begins their Jihad within their own Muslim community (anywhere in the world). They accuse other Muslims of not believing correctly and threaten or kill them in order to persuade or intimidate other Muslims.

Many say that the majority of Muslims are good. I do not argue that fact because a Jihad is not just a holy war. Jihad is described as a struggle or effort. Jihad can be a believer’s internal struggle to live as well as they can. Jihad can also be the struggle to build a good Muslim society.

AUTHORIZATION USE OF MILITARY FORCE: Rescind the current AUMF and create a new one that authorized military force anywhere in the world to defeat and kill radical Muslim Jihadist. Radical Muslims do not recognize borders but they recognize that they are authorized to wage war and kill non-believers. Non-believers are also other Muslims; never lose sight of that fact.

HOW IT WORKS: The new AUMF does not state an area it specifies a radical ideology, authorizing kinetic military action, seizing financial assets and interdictive internet action. Remember these groups have plenty of money gained by drug trafficking, human trafficking and kidnapping for ransom. Radical Islam does not recognize borders and neither should the world.

EXAMPLE OVERSEAS: Let’s say that a new group goes to a country and pays the ruler a certain amount of money to look the other way but allow them free movement and use of an area for, training and as a headquarters. Once discovered America would partner with that countries government by offering more money for a longer period of time. America would either work with military from that country or just go in and remove the group by kill or capture. In the case of capture the enemy combatants would go to Guantanamo Bay (GITMO) for questioning and if charged to face a military tribunal.

EXAMPLE IN THE UNITED STATES: The director of the FBI, Christopher A. Wray appeared in front of Congress December 2017 and stated that there are about 1,000 terrorism cases in America in every state. Recently a 2011 immigrant from Bangladesh tried to blow up a pipe bomb and said that he was trying to replicate a 2016 Christmas truck attack in Europe and also said he was retaliating for US airstrikes on ISIS in Syria.

Under the new AUMF this person would be identified as an enemy combatant and taken to GITMO. REMEMBER: the Authorization of Force is against an ideology not a territory.

LEGAL OR NOT: This action will be challenged by the ACLU because the person might be a legal immigrant. What will give these actions teeth is writing a new comprehensive immigration law. It is not acceptable to wage war on America and those that wage war need to be treated as enemy combatants.

REMEMBER THE BARBARY PIRATES: It is 1786 and Thomas Jefferson & John Adams are in London to meet with the ambassador for the Barbary Pirates. These pirates were hijacking American shipping and enslaving and demanding ransoms to free the American sailors. Jefferson told Secretary of State John Jay what Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdrahaman said. Adams and Jefferson asked him by what right he extorted money and took slaves. Jefferson reported:

The ambassador answered us that (THE RIGHT) was founded on the Laws of the Prophet, that it was written in their Quran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman who should be slain in battle was sure to go to paradise.

CONCLUSION: I am not saying Muslims are bad, but I am saying that Muslims who support radical Jihad are part of a large army and are a danger to the world. These enemy combatants need not be born in a Muslim country they may have been born in England, Canada, France, Philippines, S. Africa or any other country to include America. If America takes the lead other countries will partner either by sharing intelligence or active military participation.

TO KNEEL OR NOT – TO WATCH OR NOT

Some say that President Trump has done nothing except yell fire; do you feel that is a true statement? Some say that President Trump has no credibility because he never served in the military; do you believe that statement? Aaron Rogers (GB Packers QB) asks why no one complains that the camera people do not stand but continue to take photos; do you agree with that? Al Sharpton compares Dallas Owner to slave owners; do you agree with that? Some TV Coverage does not show the playing of the national anthem; do you agree with that? A pastor claimed that the NFL players are kneeling to pray for a better country; do you agree with that? Some are saying that the NFL kneeling is for equal pay for the sexes; do you agree with that? Some are saying the Jehovah Witness, Amish & Quakers do not or most times do not salute the flag; do you agree with that? Typical liberal progressive argument is that this is a racial issue because the majority of the players kneeling are Black; do you agree with that? Many say that it is a first amendment issue; do you agree with that?

THE FIRST AMENDMENT: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” After work or outside of work individual’s rights under the 1st Amendment can and should be expressed.

RELIGIOUS: If you read about the Quakers, Amish or Jehovah Witness they clearly state that they do not pledge to a thing only to God. That is their 1st Amendment right but they also say to respect the country they are in. I doubt that today’s NFL players are kneeling to pray because the liberals got rid of Tim Tebow because he prayed too much and did not support abortion.

SOMETHING NEW: In 2008, the United States of America elected a Black President (Barrack Hussain Obama) and then re-elected him in 2012. October 30, 2008, President Obama said, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming The Unites States of America.”

SOMETHING AUDACIOUS: In 2016 this fundamental change was rejected by the voters. Donald Trump ran as a Republican but is really a populist and not a true politician, so he was elected by many who had not voted in decades because of frustration. President Obama continued in the same direction as all recent Presidents (Busch #1, Clinton & Busch #2) except for Ronald Reagan. President Obama took a much harder left than the previous Democratic and Republican presidents. Many Americans woke up and said enough is enough.

END THE WAR: Many Americans were not embarrassed of our country and cringed at the apologies. Many perceived that there was a silent declared war on police. Many Americans felt that America was to be sacrificed on the altar of the world community. Many Americans felt that America was being pushed into the European blender of the New World Order and did not want that for America. On November 8, 2016 they said enough is enough we want this war on America to end.

LIBERALS & PROGRESSIVES: Is it just me or do others notice that Liberals and progressives like to confuse the issue when they are not getting their way. No difference with the NFL’s reason for kneeling. Al Sharpton is saying that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is acting like a slave or plantation owner, he likes to use words like this to scare and remind Blacks of the Antebellum South. Some are now saying this is racist because Black players are kneeling, but plenty of white players such as Aaron Rogers are speaking out in support. The problem with Rogers is he says we stand united, but united about or against what? Are they united in prayer; I just read an article claiming this was why they were kneeling.

BOOKER “T” WASHINGTON: Think of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and others when you read this. Quote = “There is (a) class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. … “
“There is a certain class of race problem-solvers who don’t want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public.”

COLIN KAEPERNICK:  Kaepernick started the kneeling and is unemployed. He has donated money to a few causes but has demonstrated no ability to organize any effort to do anything that would make a difference or would actually matter to those he claims to be kneeling for.

I’M FROM WISCONSIN: I live 23 miles from where the Green Bay Packers play. I do not watch football on Sunday and will not. I am disappointed in what CEO Mark Murphy said and even more disappointed when QB Rogers requested that fans lock arms with the players in a show of unity. Aaron said they had a wonderful team meeting with lots of love and unity. Aw I’m about to cry. These comments by Rogers and Murphy came after President Trump held a rally in Alabama and stated, “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespect’s our flag, to say, “GET THAT SON OF A BITCH OFF THE FIELD NOW. OUT. HE’S FIRED!” So why since that statement by our President are more players kneeling and locking arms etc. They are united against someone who dared to call them out. I say this because I doubt that they really know why they are locking arms or kneeling, but I would bet that most are angry at President Trump, spoiled brats throwing a tantrum.

SPOILED BRATS: These young men have been exceptional athletes since middle school and that is where the pampering started. It got worse in High School and worse still in college. For the most part these young men have lived as cloistered priests, away from normal society. No one has ever told them what to do in society and now Trump has the audacity to suggest that they should be terminated for disrespecting a tradition and our flag.

NFL MEETING: What a bunch of gibberish. The commissioner of the NFL is Roger Goodell and he is a strong leader (just kidding). He said we would like them to kneel, but we will not force them to kneel, but they are not disrespecting the flag. (Not disrespecting the flag??) The NFL said that it will partner with the players to correct social issues in their communities. What does that mean to you and to all of us? Those of you watching TV and perhaps listening to the radio will now be hit with commercials telling us what great community work the players are doing. The NFL will use the infomercials to make everyone love the players and the NFL again. To help us forget that the NFL disrespects America, the NFL will not show the anthem part of the pre-game any longer.

THE PROBLEM: Trump is like a dog on a bone and he does not let go. He is still fighting to correct the health care, taxes, welfare, immigration, the wall and a stronger military just to name a few things. This behavior of the NFL is a microcosm of America, and Trump ripped the bandage off to expose the bloody wound. Disrespect for police, disrespect for the rule of law, disrespect for teachers, disrespect for traditions, you owe me attitude, everyone gets a trophy, tear down that statue it offends me, I need a safe space and free speech matters unless you disagree with me..

HATRED: Trump says things that make you and me uncomfortable but his focus and direction do not change. The NFL, Liberal Progressive Americans, Media, Democrats and Republicans led by John McCain are throwing a tantrum because this President is not swayed by personal attacks and is not doing this to win a popularity contest. Trump is doing what he feels is best for America.
NOT FOR ME: I have not and will not watch NFL football until this ends. These players do not understand that they are just entertainment. Entertainment like music or a movie and most of us partake in entertainment to escape life for a little while. Back in Roman day’s people went to the Colosseum and were entertained by the Gladiators. Football is todays Gladiator, and I apologize if that is too harsh but that is the reality.

TAPS: February 2006 Master Sergeant J. F. and I are walking back from another memorial for another killed soldier. We spent much of our time down range in Salmon Pak but when back on Rustamijah we always seemed to have another memorial service to attend. Half way back to our hooch I mentioned to J. that I did not choke up or tear up at the last few memorial services when they played taps. We walked for a while in silence and Jonnie responded that he thought it was sometime during his 2nd tour when he stopped getting choked up.

THE FLAG: 2007 I am giving a speech in Hibbing Minnesota and they played the Star Spangled Banner. I got very emotional watching that flag and hearing that song. After serving in combat and seeing what I saw, this American tradition now took on a whole new meaning. I always try to be careful now when the anthem or pledge is played or recited. By my choice I fought for everyone’s freedom, but by my choice I will not watch them disrespect our flag!

MY WISH: I think the NFL are spoiled brats, and I wish all Americans would stop watching and switch to radio or just watch it on the news. It only takes a few seconds during the local sports broadcast to find out who won.
