OBSERVATIONS FROM FLY OVER COUNTRY

We all pinch pennies and shop bargains. When I was young, we made the annual trip to Green Bay to buy school clothing and supplies. Shawano is smaller so the Shawano stores cannot buy at the same volume therefore everything in Shawano is more expensive. At least that was the belief.

Many children that grew up in the 60’s experienced this annual pilgrimage to the big city. Because we experienced this in our youth we repeated the process with our children. The result is that to this day we believe that everything in our small town is more expensive than the same items in the big city.

That is not a true. Today many stores in Shawano contract with an agency that lets them know what the large city stores advertising on TV are selling their items for. Shawano store prices are adjusted daily based on what the larger stores are advertising. You do not have to go to the big city to get a deal.

My wife and I discovered this several years ago when shopping for appliances. We went to several stores in Green Bay and Appleton. We ended up buying our appliances from Heins Appliance in Shawano.

Another time we were furniture shopping. Again we went to the big cities but ended up at Senzigs in Shawano.

I was using Sakrete on a cement project for the base of my flagpole. All of a sudden I realized that I was not going to have enough. I did not want what I had already poured to become hard before I added the amount that I was short. As I was mixing the last two bags I called Qualheims and told them that I was running to town and needed 6 bags of Sakrete and the type. Time was of the essence so I requested that they have someone bring the bags to the service counter. When I got to Qualheims the bags were at the service counter. I checked out and got home to finish the job properly.

I use Lisa’s Flowers in Bonduel. I can call ahead and Lisa has my order ready. I bought a tractor from the Village Tractor in Bonduel and when I had a problem they sent a person out to assist immediately. We had a leak in the basement and Ed Zietler from Zietler Plumbing was there in a flash. We have frequently used American Car Care Center located behind the Kwik Trip in Shawano. There are many fine local restaurants. I grew up with the Spinning Wheel and newer restaurants like the Light House, DOCs, and Angie’s on Main. At Christmas many go to Hanauer’s Tree Farm to experience cutting a tree to have the fresh smell of evergreen in their home. The Bonduel Bank will give you a loan considering the importance of your character, not just your credit score. I am called by name when I enter the bank. I get the same treatment at all of these locally owned and run businesses.

You get the gist, I shop local for several reasons. How many people in small communities complain that they have to drive to get this or that because it is not in their town? Not having those items in our small towns is caused by people not supporting the business in their community. The real reason I shop local is these are my friends and neighbors. These people call me by name when I come into their stores. The prices are the same or very competitive.

Another reason I shop local is service. What I said about Zietler Plumbing or Lisa’s Flowers is true of each of these businesses. These are small business owners. They are not the evil rich Democrats criticize. These people built or grew their own business. These local business owners pay taxes, support local efforts, pay wages and benefits that help our friends who work there. These local business owners are accountable to customers, community and their employees. We all benefit from the quality personal service or product provided.

When you listen to many Liberal Democrats they say things like you did not build that. Or they did not build that. Part of the argument they make is that the government built roads provided electricity which enabled these different businesses to grow. The last time I checked the government is to work for and represent the people. Are these business owners’ people? Do they pay taxes? How many of you go to business owners with your favorite fund raising effort? Frequently these local business owners financially support local fund raising efforts. We need to support our local business owners because they support the communities they live and work in.

I am in awe of these small business owners because they gamble their money and built their business with their own hands. They make decisions and if they make a wrong decision their business could fail and go bankrupt. You lose the service and all of their employees are now out of work.

Why am I encouraging you to shop locally? Everyone knows your name and cares about you and your satisfaction.

It is time to declare war on Radical Jihadist Muslims.  In 2018 more than 25 Christian villages & many churches have been destroyed in Nigeria by militant Muslim groups.  May 2019 the BBC claims that Christian persecution is at near genocide levels. Prince Charles stated, “It is an indescribable tragedy that Christianity is now under such threat in the Middle East”.  There is a lot of reporting anytime Muslims around the world are attacked, but not as much reporting for other religions due to political correctness. The Qur’an contains 109 verses with graphic instructions that reference war with nonbelievers and how to eliminate or convert nonbelievers. Muslims that do not join the fight are called Hypocrites’ and are warned that Allah will punish them.  Radical Muslim Jihadist intimidates and kills these Muslims.

Sri Lanka Christians were attacked on Easter Sunday 2019 by a radical Muslim group.  This Radical Muslim coordinated attack has similarities to international terrorists like the Islamic State and al-Quaeda.  According to Open Doors each month on average: 345 Christians are killed for faith-related reasons, 105 churches and Christian buildings are burned or attacked and 219 Christians are detained without trial, arrested, sentenced and imprisoned.  Women and young girls suffer most, especially in many third world cultures.  Remember Radical Jihad Muslims attack all non-believers not just Christians.

Article I of the Constitution, invests Congress with the authority to declare war and to raise and maintain military forces. Congress decides and the President manages. The last time the United States declared War was WWII. Since WWII, Presidents have sent troops to battle several times.  The War Powers Resolution is a federal law intended to check the President’s power, to commit the United States to an armed conflict without the consent of the U.S. Congress.

Congress passed the War Powers Resolution in the aftermath of the Vietnam War to set up procedures for the President and Congress, to follow in situations that could lead to armed conflict.  The most recent Authorized Use of Military Force (AUMF) was signed into law by President George Bush on September 18, 2001.

The authorization granted the President the authority to use all “necessary and appropriate force” against those whom he determined “planned, authorized, committed or aided” the September 11th attacks, or who harbored said persons or groups.

Is the September 2001 AUMF still valid?  I think this AUMF needs to be rescinded immediately, followed by an updated AUMF relevant to the war being waged on America and the world today.

The target for a new AUMF would be Radical Islam. The mind set of too many world leaders is they think in terms of land and countries but Radical Islam Jihadist is an asymmetric war with no boundaries.

I was interviewed in 2006 and asked if we were winning in Iraq, or what would happen if we won. I said that defeating radical Muslim Jihad in one geographic location was like placing a square of Jell-O on a bench and hitting it with a maul. The Jell-O is no longer on the bench but has spread everywhere, and others have said fighting Radical Islam is like the game Whack-A-Mole.

A few of the groups around the world: Al-Shabab, Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), El-Mourabitoun, Movement for the Liberation of Azawad (MNLA), The Sons of the Islamic Sahara Movement for Justice, BOKO HARAM, Ansar al-Muslimin in the Lands of the Blacks (JAMBS), Ansar al-Sharia in Libya and Tunisia, Brotherhood of Terrorism Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) have trained with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in camps in the southern Philippines. Other groups in Asia do not appear on the US State Department list of Islamic terrorists such as PULO, Gerakan Mujahideen Islam Pattani (GMIP), Kampulan Militan Malaysia (KMM), Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia (MMI), Laskar Jihad, Indonesian Islamic Liberation Front (IILF) and the MILF to name a few.  Let’s not forget Al Qaeda, Hezbollah and of course ISIS.

Why target radical Islam?  Radical Islam is dangerous to everyone but is more dangerous to other Muslims (Hypocrites).  Frequently the radical Muslims begin their Jihad within their own Muslim community.  They threaten and kill in order to persuade and intimidate that Muslim community which often results in its supporting the Radical Jihad.

Most Muslims are good.  A Jihad is not just a holy war. Jihad is described as a struggle or effort. A Jihad can be a believer’s internal struggle to live as well as possible. Jihad can also be the struggle to build a good Muslim society.

Rescind the current AUMF and create a new AUMF that authorizes military force anywhere in the world to defeat and kill radical Muslim Jihadists. Radical Muslims do not recognize borders, but they recognize they are authorized to wage war and kill non-believers including other Muslims because of a declared Fat-wa by a Muslim Religious Leader.

The new AUMF would not identify a specific country because Radical Islam does not recognize borders.  The new AUMF would specify Radical Jihadist, authorizing kinetic military action, seizing financial assets and interdictive internet action. Remember these groups have plenty of money gained by drug trafficking, slave trade and kidnapping for ransom.

An example would be when a radical Muslim Jihad group goes to a country and pays the ruler money to look the other way allowing them free movement and use of an area for training and as a headquarters. Once discovered, America would partner with that country’s government to eliminate the threat.

The director of the FBI, Christopher A. Wray, appeared in front of Congress December 2017, and stated that there are about 1,000 terrorism cases in America in every state.  America has seen plenty of attacks within our border in support of Radical Jihad.

In 1786, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams were in London to meet with the ambassador for the Barbary Pirates. These pirates were hijacking American ships, enslaving sailors, and demanding ransoms to free them. Adams and Jefferson asked him by what right he extorted money and took slaves. Jefferson reported to Secretary of State John Jay:

The ambassador answered: (THE RIGHT) was founded on the Laws of the Prophet Muhammad, it is written in their Qur’an, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman who should be slain in battle was sure to go to paradise.

CONCLUSION: I am not saying Muslims are bad, but I am saying that Muslims who support Radical Jihad are part of a large army and are a danger to the world. These enemy combatants may have been born in any country to include America. When America takes the lead, other countries will partner either by sharing intelligence or active military participation.

Electoral College Gives Equal Voice to Small States

The founding fathers did not want a parliament, and they did not want a democracy. A concern of the founding fathers regarding a democracy was that emotion and passion could rule the day resulting in mob rule. The founders wanted reason and law to rule the day.

The founders did not want a parliament because the leader and parliament are equal. They wanted the leader to be separate but equal to the elected representatives providing a check and balance.

The founders wanted a Representative Republic and the Electoral College is a critical part of this. In the Electoral College system, the voters vote for electors, and the founders wanted these electors to be property owners because they had something to lose.

How many electors does each state get? Total electors for each state are equal to its two senators and the number of representatives assigned. This system was designed to force presidents to pay equal attention to the least populated state. The founders also believed in the concept of federalism. The founders believed that the Electoral College would enforce the sharing of power between states and a national government preserving states’ rights.

The Socialists leading today’s Democratic Party want to silence you. They say the popular vote is the only fair way. Like a MOB or a spoiled child anytime they do not get their way they throw a tantrum and yell that it’s not fair. They did not like it when George Bush the younger defeated Al Gore and said it was not fair and exclaimed the same when Trump crushed Clinton.

They are just not happy when something does not go their way. Remember what President Obama said, “We want to fundamentally change America.” To get their way they seek to destroy the fabric of the nation. They feel legitimized when they demonize the Christian Religion. They hate the U. S. Constitution and claim that it is outdated and written by old white men.

The latest target for the liberals is the Electoral College. How the Electoral College is put together and how it works is described in the US Constitution under Article II, Section 1 and in the Twelfth Amendment.

Do you know why the founding fathers of this country instituted the Electoral College? The founders did not want a direct popular vote; a concern was that the most populist states would control the vote. Another concern was that individual voters might not have sufficient information to elect a president so electors are what we are actually voting for on Election Day. Some suggested that Congress should select the president but the concern was that that might compromise checks and balances. Other ideas discussed were that each state would cast a single vote but the more populated states opposed that. In 1887 the Connecticut compromise was adopted.

The most populated states like Virginia wanted to count everyone to include slaves, but the less populated states were opposed to that, so part of the Connecticut Compromise was to agree to count slaves as 3/5 of a person. In several states free slaves could vote, and in some states only land owners could vote. Counting a slave had nothing to do with evil; it was simply a compromise to give fewer votes to slave states which had more people than less populated free states. The founders were very concerned with preserving states’ rights.

The founding fathers were always concerned with larger states or populated areas having greater voice than less populated areas. This is why each state has two senators, giving equal voice to low population Wyoming and high population California. Another concern was that direct popular vote might see a president elected that is more devoted to those regions that elected the president rather than the entire United States — for example, more dedicated to California and New York than Wisconsin, Iowa or Nebraska.

Detractors point to the faults of the founding fathers as reasons to get rid of the U.S. Constitution and the Electoral College. Founders were white, and they were Christian, therefore they were evil, like all of the other white European Christian countries colonizing around the world.

Now, let’s get back to 2016 — Clinton had more popular votes. Who won the most counties in 2016? I will use numbers from the Associated Press: Trump won 2,626 and Clinton 487 counties. Put another way: Trump won 30 States and Clinton 20. In 2016 Trump had 304 Electoral College votes to Clinton’s 228.

Discuss this with your friends, neighbors and family. Remember the founders designed a Representative Republic not a Democracy or a Parliament. The system continues to work as designed.

Jefferson understood that the purpose of law was to protect the individual, as it was the smallest of minorities. While admitting that majority rule may take place, he also knew any new legislation must be reasonable; otherwise law would simply become oppression. The Electoral College assures a reasonable outcome and not oppression by the MOB.

During the 2016 presidential campaign many scoffed at Bernie Sanders and his call for Socialism. Today Democrats announcing their candidacy for President shout Sanders’ 2016 ideas as main stream. Do you wonder why that is? Does that bother you?

Did you know that Socialism was tried in America and the people starved?

The Pilgrims came to America for religious freedom and were financed by wealthy merchants in England. The English merchants had the Pilgrims sign a document that placed them into a communal agreement. The Plymouth Colony was communally owned and cultivated. This caused dissension because the lazy got the same as the hardworking. (FROM EACH ACCORDING TO HIS ABILITY, TO EACH ACCORDING TO HIS NEED) In 1623 the Pilgrims faced famine because of this socialist commune.

Governor William Bradford knew that something had to change, and after counsel each family was given a parcel of land and corn to manage as their own. This change saved the colony because productivity increased.

Socialism: A political and economic theory of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole. There is a lot to digest in the definition but a key phrase is SHOULD BE OWNED OR REGULATED BY THE COMMUNITY, and to me that is synonymous for MORE GOVERNMENT CONTROL.

Have you talked politics with your Millennial 35 & under children or grandchildren lately? Millennial’s may have more formal education than we do but have not spent as much time in the school of hard knocks. At times their formal education gives them an arrogance to believe that they are pure as the wind driven snow, and they will never repeat history, and sinful human nature will never be their downfall. Therefore they will do Socialism the right way and never make the same mistakes as Castro or Hugo Chavez.

Supporters of Socialism will calm your fears and tell you that your credit union, Social Security, Medicare and even a business that is employee owned is socialism. By the definition above they are correct. Do not fear Socialism because America and several European countries have Socialism. But that is not the Socialism that we fear.

My point has always been that these social programs are only sustainable because of free market and capitalism. You might be told you are fear mongering, and you are not as traveled as the supporters of Socialism, and you do not have a big picture worldview. Democrats say they do not support Socialism, but then why do so many support Socialism type ideas? Have you read the Green New Deal proposed by Alexandria Ocasio Cortez that is endorsed by many of the 2020 Democratic Presidential candidates?

So who or what is the cause for this millennial swing towards socialism? Is it education, society, church, family or social media? The majority of the college professors are liberal, but studies show that busy students in the classroom do not change their political leanings much. Students that spend less time with academic endeavors and are more involved in student organizations in, on, and around campus learn socialism as a means to tangible immediate victories.

What about the slow removal and diminished importance of Christianity from the public forum? I raise Christianity because Democrats and Socialists create class warfare, division, envy and jealously. There are commandments and teachings in the Bible against this behavior. But you cannot raise the Bible in the public forum because of the left saying separation of church and state.

Children have not changed but parents have. Back in the day Mother remained at home to raise the family. What about today’s two income family? In recent years society has changed. Why? Trophies for everyone, do not keep score, equal playing time for everyone to be fair to everyone and so on. Remember Socialism promises fairness.

Many Millennial’s grew up in a protected society where their feelings were protected by helicopter parents. Today these protected kids go to college, and if the protection or fairness they seek is not there they organize and protest. The administration and faculty gives in to their demands giving them immediate, tangible and perceived fairness. They expect the government to provide this fairness and protection after college. Socialism is their go-to safe space.

So how much government is too much? How much individual freedom are you willing to give up to the government? Be careful in your criticism of Socialism because you will be accused of exaggerations, not using credible claims and of course fear mongering. If America wants Socialism they can certainly have it.

Without college we will not succeed. Does college guarantee success, or is success up to you? The Declaration of Independence clearly states, “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”, no guarantee!

We have all seen the headlines exposing the scam by wealthy people to get their children into big name colleges. The FBI investigation is called “Operation Varsity Blues”. It appears that these helicopter parents faked their children’s athletic ability, and hired coaches to assist and correct admission exams and bribery. This parental effort was not about the child’s education but was all about attending a prestigious college and networking with other elite young adults. Do you care about what these people did?

Do you think that each individual should accept more responsibility for their college education? Is college a Constitutional right? Should all college be free? What about the professors at today’s colleges? You know the saying, those that can, do, and those that can’t, teach. We protect professors with a job for life known as tenure. It is estimated that a college ties up between $10 and $12 million to support a single tenured professor for a 35-year career.

College is becoming more expensive each year. Back in the 60’s and 70’s college admission departments were small with only a few people. Today admissions departments are very large. Why is that? The colleges want your child to get every federal dollar they can because that money goes to the college. In 2010, President Obama signed legislation ending federal subsidies to private banks that had been giving student loans, which means that the Federal Government is now the lender of choice for most students. Colleges know that the Federal Government will guarantee money so the college can increase tuition each year.

In the late 1940’s the average cost to Yale was $450.00 per year, and that equates to $8,071.00 in 2018. Tuition for 2018 to Yale was $53,430.00. What has caused this increase? Could it be guaranteed Federal Government money, which I believe has caused a 6% average yearly increase for college tuition since the mid 70’s? Students graduate with massive debt.

Do you believe that there should be less Federal Government involvement in education? If the government is removed how will a student get funding for education after high school? I grew up with the belief that if I earn it and pay for it, I will appreciate it more. Was that true for you?

Ownership of a house or a car is not a given, if you qualify for a loan you will pay for it. Let’s apply the same principle using the 5Cs & P to student loans: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions and Purpose.

CHARACTER: Does the student loan applicant have good character — good class behavior, good attendance and helpful to other students, community, family and friends?

CAPACITY & CONDITIONS: What is the capacity to repay the loan? What is the profession, and what is the employment expectation after graduation? Where does the graduate plan to live after graduation? Does that profession and job exist where the student plans to live? The graduate’s employment prospects determine interest rates. If there is low employment opportunity after graduation the interest rates increase. If there is ample employment opportunity the interest rates decrease.

CAPITAL & COLLATERAL: What is the student’s net worth? (NOTE: Certainly Mom and Dad will co-sign but the student is the true receiver of the loan.) Student capital is SAT and ACT scores, GPA in school, extracurricular activity in school and the community. After a year in college the activities in college and GPA of the college transcript would be presented as collateral. This will also affect the interest rate.

PURPOSE: What is the purpose of the loan? Is the purpose a sound and principled purpose? (NOTE: This is a reality check.) Many graduates have useless degrees. I know many who went to school to be a psychologist, which sounds glamorous but offered little employment opportunity. They had to go back to school to get an education for something that offered employment. Students who faced reality prior to entering college might have avoided wasted time and borrowing so much money.

Why consider the 5Cs & P? The student is forced to look at things through a reality lens. Remember that students are simply told that college is the answer and guarantees success, no matter the career chosen. Forcing the student to view their college choice through the 5Cs & P will cause the student and the parents to review the student’s career choice. This is a performance based loan; the borrower (student) is compelled to do well in school because doing well and choosing an employable career affects the interest rates on the loan.

My problem with government involvement as it is today is that it is just guaranteed money for the college. Students should not have to pay interest or make payments while in school. (NOTE: 2018 the current student loan debt is $1.5 trillion.) How will they pay back the debt? Removing the government from the process will stop the flow of guaranteed money to a college. Students will shop for the best deal.

MILITARY BUILDING THE BORDER WALL

Is it legal for the military to be on the border? Has the military ever been on the border before? Is our National Security at risk? Can we use Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard Military?

The legal discussion for use of the military has been debated since our beginnings. In the early years of the United States there were incidents involving use of the military by the US Government. In 1807 we had The Insurrection Act designed to quell rebellions. Following the Civil War abuses by occupying Federal Troops and Carpet Baggers in the South resulted in the law known as The Posse Comitatus Act. The purpose and intent of these two laws is to limit the use of federal military troops to enforce domestic policies within the United States. To be clear these laws are aimed at the use of active military except for the Coast Guard, which operates under Homeland Security.

These laws do not apply to the National Guard (NG) and the Air National Guard under state authority nor to a National Guard unit when and if invited by another state. Wisconsin units have been in Florida, Texas, and Mississippi in recent years.

In 1957, Eisenhower sent federal troops to Little Rock, Arkansas, to support desegregation. In September 1962 and June 1963, Kennedy mobilized NG troops to integrate schools. Johnson mobilized the NG to assist with civil rights riots in Selma and Montgomery in 1965 and again in 1967 for the Detroit riots. Following the murder of Dr. Martin Luther King in 1968, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Baltimore saw mobilized NG Troops. Nixon mobilized troops to help with the New York Postal strike. Bush the elder mobilized the NG to help stop looting following Hurricane Hugo in 1989 and again to help with riots in 1992 following the Rodney King verdict.

The military has always been on our borders. Bush the younger mobilized the NG for operation Jump Start and Obama mobilized the NG for operation Phalanx. President Trump can also place the National Guard on the border, but it depends what the mission is. The United States Border Patrol (USBP) mission: Detect and prevent illegal aliens, terrorists and terrorists weapons from entering the United States, and prevent illegal trafficking of people and contraband into the United States. The USBP has been overwhelmed and will be overwhelmed when the many new caravans of migrants attempt to storm our southern border. Do people storming our border present a national security issue? President Trump took an oath to protect American citizens from all enemies foreign and domestic, so is using the military an option?

Can you answer yes to the following questions? Do we have illegal aliens in the US? Do we have illegal contraband and drugs coming across the border? Is there human trafficking? Are there gangs with illegal aliens operating in our large cities? Are there many families that have had family members killed by illegal aliens living in the US? Do any of these describe a national security risk?

What can we do? Should we build a wall? How can we build a wall? The Army National Guard has 151 company-sized engineer units. Add to that Air Guard engineers, and then there are the Reserves (Army, Navy, Marines) that also have company-sized engineer units, let’s not forget the active duty engineers. The Reserve and National Guard units are already funded for two weeks of annual training each year. I suggest diverting them to our southern border. Equipment from several states can be positioned at four different locations. Sixteen NG units building in opposing directions from four locations equals eight separate construction operations. These units, and other units to support them, could literally work around the clock, with units taking turns “on duty” and “off duty”. And, again, they are already funded under current budgets!

NG and Reserve units are mobilized under two types of orders. Title 10 is federal, which are the orders I was mobilized under when I was activated for several years. Wisconsin NG troops can go to a neighboring state to assist and not be in violation of  The Posse Comitatus Act when mobilized under Title 32. The mission that these troops perform determines the orders under which they would be mobilized. If a governor opposes the mobilization of their state’s NG, the President will just mobilize them under Title 10 making that unit a federal unit and no longer under the control of the governor.

FOUNDING FATHERS: The Founding Fathers required that four elements be satisfied for an immigrant to become an American citizen. These requirements were incorporated into the Naturalization Act of 1795, and remain a part of immigration law:

AMERICA NEEDS WORKERS but legal workers. The confusion is caused by politics. Are the people we are discussing immigrants or migrants?

AMERICA IS A COUNTRY OF IMMIGRANTS, and no person disputes that fact. But if we are to maintain our identity as a country we must enforce our laws. Those that wish to immigrate to our country should want to assimilate. Migrant workers do not need to assimilate but should be documented.

I PROPOSE A PLAN WITH THREE LINES OF EFFORT. Build the wall, document and educate.

BUILD A WALL with controlled entries that is patrolled on both sides. This will help stop the deadly human trafficking.

DOCUMENT 100% of the illegal migrants using the military, which has been done in the past. America will deport criminals, but America will not deport 11 million illegal/undocumented migrant workers. April through October 1980: Cuban Mariel Boatlift refugees were processed at several military bases to include Ft. McCoy, WI, and 125,000 Cuban refugees were processed.

EDUCATION is a key element to assimilation. I have read stories about how legal immigrants to America conducted schools to educate their children but also sent their children to local public schools. Some argue that public schools should only teach English, but that is illegal. (1974 the Supreme Court decision Lau v. Nichols San Francisco was violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964.) There is much confusion regarding this ruling and how it was to be implemented. The bottom line is that public education must meet the needs to non-English speaking students. Q#1: Would it be so wrong for the non-English speaking students to also have concurrent classes in English? Q#2: Would it be so wrong to teach what has made America great, which by the way is why so many immigrants from around the world try to get to America?

PROPAGANDA: There are studies showing that follow-on generations do learn English. Many of the migrant workers work in the farm fields, hotel staff, lawn care etc. all associated with unions. The unions speak to the migrant workers in Spanish and do not always tell these workers the whole story. Organizations like La Raza, which has been around since 1972, do not like the Democrats or Republicans but support the Democrats more so than Republicans. LaRaza is not for America, and it is not for Mexico, LaRaza is for LaRaza. Documenting all of the undocumented migrant workers and ensuring that each person knows the truth (or where they can find it) will help them. Without this ability to find out what is truth they are dependent and stuck just like a slave to what is told to them by the Spanish speaking organizations and media that control the message to these hard working people.

DEMOCRATS ARE losing the Black and Spanish vote. Democrats need a dependent class and are working to import voters. Illegal immigrants are already allowed to vote in some local elections.

MY CONCLUSION IS that we are a country of laws, and we must enforce these federal laws to include with-in these self-declared sanctuary elements. We must build a complete wall along the Mexican – American border. Our education system must focus on education and not indoctrination from preschool to college.

POLITICAL PAWNS: These migrant workers are human beings and are not political pawns (SLAVES). Concurrent to what I mention in my conclusion Congress must write new immigration and education requirement laws. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!

IMPEACH TRUMP + FALSE NEWS + FALSE HOPE = DIVISION & DEPRESSION

TO INVESTIGATE OR NOT TO INVESTIGATE:  Let me state clearly that if there has been any tampering with US elections, which is one of the pillars of our democracy, I want that investigated.  Will the Media/Muller investigation be blind to justice or will someone place a thumb on the scales of justice?

MAIN STREAM MEDIA (MSM):  If you’re hoping for impeachment and hate Trump there is a never-ending litany on the news.  Headlines we see are Russian collusion, obstruction, campaign finance violations, Stormy Daniels, money laundering, FBI investigates if Trump is a Russian special agent etc.  Each headline creates hope that this one will mean the end of President Trump.  BUZZ FEED was the latest:  TRUMP TOLD COHEN TO LIE TO CONGRESS. MSM enthusiastically reported this is a crime if proven; this is impeachable if proven etc.  The MSM treats the impeach Trump narrative like a pile of hot coals and with each false hope headline they toss gas on the coals which flare up and burn away until the next false hope headline.

SPECIAL COUNSEL:  The special council was authorized May 17, 2017: A Counterintelligence Investigation of the Russian government’s efforts to interfere with the 2016 presidential elections.  Specifically any links to Donald Trump.   The special counsel is headed up by Robert Mueller.  Most of you are familiar with the names associated with the investigation: Strzok, Page, Comey, Clapper, Brennon, McCabe, (Bruce & Nellie) Ohr, and Steele.  The Fusion GPS document funded by Hillary Clinton was used as a basis for this investigation.

THE FALSE HOPE NARRATIVE:  Does it bother you that it appears that the news media no longer reports news, but gives you information so that you reach the conclusion that they want you to reach?  Does the MSM reporting add to the divide in America?  Would honest unbiased reporting of facts help heal the divide in this country? Media people will quickly point out that the 1^st Amendment declares the importance of a free press, and I agree.  Is there a danger to our country and institutions when the media fails in its obligation to be a watch dog and report all facts instead of selected facts?

FIRST AMENDMENT:  Part of the 1^st amendment is freedom of the press and is a protected right. Does this protected right come with an obligation to just report the facts and not to lead the public to the conclusion the media supports?  Does this create distrust of the media?  American people are not ignorant and many view the MSM like the little boy who cried wolf when it comes to impeach Trump.

REPORTING, OPINIONS & FALSE HOPE: In 2016 the polls assured everyone that Hillary was going to win by a landslide.   What if more news agencies had reported accurately in the fall of 2016? Would it have been easier to accept the fact that Donald Trump was elected President?  If the press had been more accurate in 2016 perhaps Hillary Clinton would have worked harder and she would have been the 45^th President.

EXCITEMENT FALSE HOPE: Does failure of the press to simply report facts and allow people to make up their own mind set Americans up for disbelief?  Does this disbelief lead to an erosion of the pillars of our American Democracy? Democrats and the MSM questioned the 2000 and 2016 elections.  Immediately discussion about the elimination of the Electoral College began.  I fear that failure of the MSM enhances this type of corrosive discussion.

OBAMA NATIONAL SECURITY PEOPLE:  James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence, John Brennan, Director of the CIA, and James Comey, director of the FBI, had the power of the entire United States collection assets, and during every MSM interview when asked if they saw any evidence against Trump, the answer has always been the same.  No!

FBI – DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE:  If Muller announces nothing impeachable against Trump; will the previous MSM failure to report add more gas to the coals?  Did the MSM add to the erosion of another American pillar, the FBI?  If charges of impeachment are not brought, will the emotional deniers and their accomplices in the MSM throw another tantrum, burn businesses, burn cars, and buses and blame Trump?  Will the MSM accept any blame?

LIBERAL PTSD + FALSE NEWS +FALSE HOPE = ANGRY DESTRUCTION

Liberals have been seeing psychiatrists and other therapists since the November 2016 presidential election because they could not handle the truth. Donald J. Trump is their (OUR) president.
I understand their sickness and feeling of frustrated hopelessness, or at least what causes them to feel that way. According to various sources, 95% of the news coverage since Trump was elected has been negative. It has not helped when you have Republicans McCain, Flake, Sasse, Corker and others criticize the President who is from the same political party as they are supposed to be a part of.

Almost 50 of these elected Republicans have decided to leave office rather than seek re-election in 2018 and I believe it is for two reasons. First; they believe the media hype that Trump is not that popular and it is easy for them because they do not really like our President either. The second reason is based off of the first. They believe the media.
The false hope and narrative about Russian involvement started in the summer of 2016. Today we know a little more about the truth of that false rumor. Think about this. During the Obama administration when the rumor of Russian collusion began, the head of the FBI was James Comey and in his stable he had Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr and of course Andrew McCabe as his deputy. The head of the CIA was John Brennen and head of National Intelligence was James Clapper. You have these people heading up one of the most powerful investigative bodies in the world and they found nothing. Each of these experts has said on national TV that they have no proof and saw no evidence. But, they say there are indications of guilt which leads to a false hope.

Beating the drum and building false hope is people like Congresswomen Maxine Watters and others. One of the loudest voices is the Main Stream Media (MSM). Watters and others will go on to say with confidence that Trump is guilty of collusion, obstruction etc. These unsubstantiated statements go unchallenged by Morning Joe and others in the MSM.

Does it bother you that the news media no longer reports but gives you information so that you reach the conclusion that they want you to reach? Is there a danger to our institutions when the media fails in its obligation to be a watch dog and report facts instead of opinions? This drum beat reporting creates lots of excitement and false hope for Trump haters. November 2016 all the poles assured everyone that Hillary was going to win and win by a landslide. That was a false hope.

The failure of the press to report facts and allow people to make up their own mind sets to many Americans up for disbelief in the outcome that actually becomes reality. This causes anxiety, frustration and anger in the fragile Trump hating Snowflakes.

If you watch MSNBC and over 90 % of the news coverage you would think that at any moment President Trump will be handcuffed and perp walked. What if Muller has nothing? What if there is no Russia collusion, obstruction, Stormy Daniels and on and on. If nothing is found against Trump the news media will again have added to hate, frustration and anger. At some point this anger explodes and then what?

The false reporting media has built up the hope of emotional Americans again and again. The 2018 mid-term elections are to be a Blue Wave but that may not become a reality. What then? These fragile emotional deniers of reality and the MSM will throw a fit. This fit will turn dangerous. I expect to see buildings burnt, property destroyed and if some innocent American goes past a group of individuals with a Republican sticker on their car that person will be dragged from the car and beaten and perhaps killed. Just like Antifa, Black Lives Matter & the newest Occupy ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement). These groups function as a MOB to inflict fear and cause destruction. These MOBs are encouraged by willing media and elected Democrats such as Maxine Watters, Eric Holder and Hillary Clinton just to name a few. Our Colleges and education systems are also at fault because they seem to spend more time indoctrinating than instructing. Educators will deny this, but then, why do so many believe that socialism is the way?

I fear that if the Republicans retain the Senate and the House we will see these misinformed Americans act out their frustration. America will see much destruction and I fear some people might get hurt or worse killed by these MOBs.

VICIOUS LIBERAL DEMOCRATS = CIVIL WAR? VERSION 2

Is it just me or do you believe that the Liberal, Progressive Democrats are becoming more vicious? Are we actually approaching a civil war? I hope never a shooting war but at this time certainly a war of ideas.
The liberal progressives have always been around and sometimes quietly aggressive. Following the 2000 presidential elections the aggressive liberal progressive anger bubbled over. That election was between Bush and Gore. Bush won, but was always accused of not being legitimate by the liberals. Sounds like what they are saying about Trump. 9/11 happened which brought a brief period of national unity and a temporary reprieve.

2008 saw the election of Obama. Many statements by President Obama have fueled and emboldened the aggressive MOB movement. “The Police acted stupidly.” “If I had a son he would look like Trevon.” “It is unconstitutional for me to change our immigration policy I am not a King.” When asked about all the shovel ready jobs he laughed and said, “I guess they were not that shovel ready.” This is not about Obama but is about the fact that he empowered anarchist groups and facilitated the division in America. I believe Obama emboldened and empowered the aggressive destructive liberal progressives of today. January 2009 Obama said that he intended to fundamentally change America, and so he has.

Have you noticed that everything with the left and Democrats is based on emotion and much of that is based on jealousy? The Democrats solutions are political, with a promise of free stuff. You ever wonder why after sports victories frequently burning, looting and destruction follow? I believe this behavior is due to envy and jealousy of anyone who has property, so it is ok to burn and destroy other people’s stuff. It is a form of redistribution.
We have had Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter and let us not forget ANTIFA. Each of these groups uses violence and intimidation under the guise of their 1st amendment right to protest. These groups remind me of the NAZI Brown Shirts of the 1930’s. When will America begin to address this aggressive destructive behavior and call it a crime to destroy and steal another individual’s property? I understand the right to assemble and demonstrate but as Americans we also have the right not to be endangered and to have property destroyed. Or am I wrong?

Now there are the politicians that call for violent action. Some accuse Trump of this action. Trump referenced a specific heckler or bad actor at an event or at most a group of spoiled football players. Many Democrat politicians advocate for violence Maxine Watters, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Cory Booker and even local Democrat governments. These politicians are advocating for MOB violence and we are seeing more of this daily. The supporters of these politicians are encouraged to, “Get in their faces!”

April 2015, after the Freddy Gray death, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake told the police to stand back and allow the protestors to express themselves. Communities around the country allow and encourage OCCUPY ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) protests, blocking ICE offices or disrupting as the officers are working. More and more Democrats call for the abolishment of ICE. Several communities around the country have allowed vandalism and destruction. So this behavior becomes encouraged and condoned.
Steve Scalise was shot practicing for a Congressional baseball game in 2017. That was a lone extremist not the MOBs that we are seeing more and more of.

When President Obama left office his old organization ACORN transitioned into a resist movement. Obama and Eric Holder raise money and fund these types of organizations. They even published a pamphlet in February 2017. August 2017 I posted about it on this BLOG site: LET US ORGANIZE & RESIST PRESIDENT TRUMP. If the promised Blue wave does not happen, watch the destruction across the country in large liberal cities. These groups are already organizing to protest so sit back and watch the destruction. We must sit back because it is their right to assemble and protest because that was how this country was founded according to them. If they destroy your stuff that is just fine because according to them you did not build that anyway so just live with it! Or vote Republican November 6, 2018.
